Merge, split, reorder, and rotate PDF pages
Use this free PDF page toolkit to combine PDF files, change page order, rotate individual pages, or extract selected pages into a new document. Files are processed locally in your browser without an account or server upload.
How to use the PDF page toolkit
- Add PDFs. Select one or more PDF files from your device. The tool reads them in your browser and shows their page counts.
- Merge files. Choose “Merge PDFs,” arrange the file order, then download one combined PDF.
- Organize pages. Choose “Organize pages,” select a PDF, move pages earlier or later, and rotate individual pages clockwise.
- Extract pages. Select the pages you need and download them as a separate PDF. The selected pages follow the order shown in the page list.
Private PDF editing in your browser
Your PDFs are processed on your device and are not uploaded to OpenWebStore. Large documents can use substantial memory, so practical limits depend on your browser and device. Password-protected PDFs are not supported by this tool.
PDF page toolkit questions
Can I merge multiple PDF files for free?
Yes. Add two or more PDFs, move them into the order you want, and select “Merge and download PDF.” The files are combined in the browser.
Can I extract specific pages from a PDF?
Yes. In “Organize pages,” select the pages to keep and choose “Extract selected.” The new PDF follows the order displayed in the page list.
Are my PDFs uploaded or stored?
No. PDF processing happens in your browser. Files remain in the current tab while you work and are not saved by OpenWebStore.
Is there a file size limit?
This tool does not set a fixed file-size limit. Very large or numerous PDFs may exceed available browser memory; if that happens, try fewer or smaller files.
